What are our regular hours?
8 am to 6:30 pm. Although we extend our hours to meet your needs if you ever need to discuss any questions or information.
Do we provide after hours service?
Yes certainly, all hours of night.
Do we charge extra for after hours?
We understand that a home or business is unbearable without air conditioning.
Our standard after hours dispatch charge is $139.00
Do we carry parts on the trucks?
Yes, all of our service trucks are well stocked with the most commonly used parts.
How much do we charge by the hour?
We do not charge by the hour, we feel everyone should be charged equally. We use a standardized pricing guide so everyone pays the same rate for the same work, regardless of who they are, where they live or which tech does the work.
How much are our service calls?
Our service calls are $89.00 for the diagnosis. After that you just pay for the repair necessary.
Will we quote you a price in advance?
Yes, before any work is done we quote a firm price, there are no hidden charges, and no surprises.
Are we licensed? By whom?
Yes we are fully licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
